  • Non-Religious Substance Abuse Programs:

    • Alcoholics Anonymous (AA): A non-religious 12-step program that emphasizes peer support for alcohol addiction recovery.

    • SMART Recovery: A science-based program that focuses on self-reliance and cognitive-behavioral strategies for various addictions.

    • LifeRing Secular Recovery: A secular organization offering support groups without spiritual or religious components.
